Please select

A graphic book on the iconic genius who had worked as a professor at Charles University (then German University) as a Head of Theoretical Physics Institute in 1911-1913. During this stay, he made a significant shift of his theory of general relativity published in 1915. In his own words, in Prague he had found “… the necessary composure to give the basic thought of the general theory of relativity a more definite shape.

Outside the lecture rooms he frequented Café Louvre, and the salon of a philosopher and artist Berta Fantová where he would meet the likes of Franz Kafka or Max Brod. The Nobel Prize laureate & his family lived in Smíchov, Lesnická St. where his bust can be found.
