The family home of the famous Czech architect Jan Kotěra was built according to his own design and with his artistic flair, influenced by Dutch architecture. The villa was designed down to the finest detail, including works of art by his friends from the Mánes Association of Fine Artists. The top floor housed Kotěra's studio and school of architecture.
