Although the brewmaster made Bubeneč beer at partner breweries for some time, the first official batch from their own facility was brewed in Bubeneč at the end of 2018. The former Bubeneč apartment building has been transformed into a small modern brewery, and the prior “Beer Kingdom” shop serving marinated cheese and pickled sausages has been replaced with the Bubeneč Brewery Restaurant, offering quality fare from local suppliers.
