Prague — various places

The festive parade of rail vehicles marking the 150th anniversary of public transport in Prague will take place on Sunday, 21 September 2025, starting from the Urxova tram stop on Sokolovská Street, next to the former Karlín electric tram depot, which operated from 1900 to 1951 and stands on the site of Prague’s oldest horse-drawn tram depot. Leading part of the parade will be a museum horse-drawn tram, pulled by horses just as in days gone by. Up to 40 trams will take part in the parade, some running only part of the route. All vehicles are expected to pass through Republic Square (Náměstí Republiky), which will serve as the main photography point. Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) will provide a commentated passage for enthusiasts at this location.
